They are now looking for a talented Marketing Growth & Funnel Manager to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to the Australia-based Founder, you will lead the internal growth team to support the agency's expansion goals. Your key tasks will include:
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Architecting Strategy: Develop and manage a 12-month marketing calendar, aligning Instagram, Meta Ads, and Email under one unified growth strategy.
  • Optimizing Funnels: Audit and refine the full lead generation journey from Meta Ads to GoHighLevel funnels and Klaviyo nurture sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Scaling Performance: Manage Meta Ad campaigns by testing new creatives, hooks, and audiences to lower CPL and increase lead quality.
  • Driving Engagement: Lead social media strategy and revive the agency’s Facebook community to support organic funnel goals.
  • Analyzing Data: Track weekly KPIs and present actionable insights to the Founder to identify and fix funnel drop-offs.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in digital marketing, growth, or lead generation.
  • Funnel Expertise: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing lead generation funnels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into growth.
  • Leadership Qualities: A high-ownership mindset with the confidence to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
 
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Previous experience working within a service-based business or e-commerce agency.
  • Advanced experience with GoHighLevel automation and CRM management.
  • Strong background in B2B content strategy and community management.
